How to Shop @ Swirl
1. Please place your order by selecting the required fields in the shopping cart.
2. Please select your preferred mode of delivery for your order. As we are not responsible for lost mails, hence we would recommend registered postage for
your order. Please note that delivery is only available in Singapore, between Monday to Friday (8.30am - 6.00pm), excluding public holidays. For international
shipping, please contact us at [email protected] for more details.
3. Please select your preferred mode of payment (PayPal Account or Debit/Credit Card) upon check-out.
4a. If you opt to shop with Swirl using the online Order Form under 'Contact Us', please note that an email will be sent to the email address which you have
provided, indicating details of payment via Internet Banking (IB) or ATM transfer. If the item is out of stock, a notification email will be sent to you as well.
4b. Please note that IB or ATM transfer is to be made to POSB Savings Account: 107-78064-5. After payment has been made, please reply our email (with
a screenshot of the transaction receipt for ATM transfer) with the following details for our verification before we can mail out your order to you:

4c. Please note that item(s) not paid for within 24 hours of the confirmation email, will be put up for sale thereafter without any further notice.
5. After verification of payment, an acknowledgement email will be sent to the email address which you have provided, indicating that your purchase has been
mailed.
6. There will be free registered postage for a single purchase of $100 and above.
7. Please note that your email address will be automatically added to our mailing list once you have submitted an order to us.
8. All items are brand new and are recommended to be hand-wash.
9. Should you receive a defective item or wrong item from your order, please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 24 hours. Please
note that there may be a 0.5 - 0.8" of difference in the measurements and this may not be considered as a defect.
10. By purchasing from us, you are deemed to have agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above. Please note that Swirl reserves the right to amend
